A wind of transformation is blowing over the small Mediterranean municipality of Torreblanca and the Central American capital San Salvador. This unprecedented movement, initiated by the multidisciplinary participatory engineering program EL4DEV, brought together 300 young people from Generation Z who came from dozens of countries in the Spanish speaking world and its cultural peripheries for what presents itself as a global Renaissance.
